Express Delivery orders placed by 1 pm Monday-Friday will arrive the next day, excluding public holidays.
Currently we are only able to accept on-line orders to addresses within the United Kingdom. To inquire about deliveries to addresses outside of the United Kingdom, including the Channel Islands, or to check the status of an order, please contact our Client Care Centre on 07941644438 . Our team is available Monday to Sunday 9 am-6 pm.
Please allow an additional 5 working days for delivery of standard engraved items and an extra 10 working days for hand engraved and monogrammed items. If you have placed an order with personalisation or any additional service, this may take longer.
Please note that we are not able to accept any personalised or engraved items for refund or exchange.
en.4divare , LTD complimentary shipping for any item that you’d like to return within 30 days of the date of purchase and accompanied by the original sales receipt. Simply visit Returns to print out a shipping label. Then arrange a collection or drop off your package at the nearest UPS location. Refunds will be issued to the original form of tender and processed within 10 working days of return.
Alternatively merchandise will be accepted at selected 4divare.com locations in wilkinson RD Norris tower Stockport, United Kingdom . Merchandise purchased online will be available for refund or exchange (excluding any shipping charges) providing it is returned in the same saleable condition as when purchased, within 10 days of the date of purchase and if accompanied by the original sales receipt.
Kindly note that 4divare does not accept exchanges or refunds on any fragrance sale or engraved and customised pieces. 4divare fragrances are delivered in the packaging pictured on our site, not in our signature blue box.
